just 50 metres from the beach in the tiny fishing village
of Nelayan - literally meaning 'fisherman' - close to
Canggu on Bali's southwest coast.
Designed to maximise the natural light, and catch the
cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property
offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical
open-air living. There are numerous relaxation areas,
so guests will always find a private spot for peace and
quiet. In fact, a large family or group of people could
stay at the villa and still lose each other within its
depths. In addition to this, guests have the choice of
a number of different eating areas, all of which present
a unique atmosphere.

The magnificent Living & Dining Room is the central focus of the villa; it is accessed by a grand flight of Palimanan stone steps leading up from the pool terrace, in addition to another staircase located near the front door. This long room is characterised by a polished wood floor with a terrazzo border under a soaring dark timber roof. Colourful local artwork adorns the walls and, at one end, sliding glass doors open onto a verandah with a gorgeous ocean view. As soon as these doors are opened, the room is filled with cool sea breezes accompanied by the melodious sound of the waves. A set of folding glass doors above the central staircase can be opened to increase the effects of the cross ventilation, and the room is also equipped with four pendulous steel ceiling fans. When the doors are closed, guests have the option of air-conditioned comfort.
The living area is on the seaward side of the room, furnished with a long sofa, scatter cushions, ottomans, a coffee table, an arching chrome standard lamp, and a dark wood cabinet housing a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and quality sound system.
